What we keep

Your email address, so you can sign in on any of your devices.

Your learning progress: the lessons and reviews you finish, your daily goal and your time zone, so your streak and progress follow you.

If you buy access to the full course: your order (its code, amount, currency, status and dates), the payment method you chose, the transaction number, the SMS you paste (with whatever your bank or wallet wrote in it) and your name as it shows on the payment.

If you add a screenshot of your payment: that picture.

For a CBE payment, a fingerprint of the receipt link in your SMS, so the same message can't be used twice. Nobody can open your receipt from the fingerprint.

Who can see it

Only you can see your progress and your orders when you are signed in.

One person at Gobez, the administrator, checks every payment by hand and can see your email address, your order, the transaction number, the SMS you pasted, the name you gave and any screenshot you sent, only to confirm the payment.

We don't sell your data and we don't show you advertising.

How long we keep it

Payment screenshots, the SMS you pasted and the name you gave are deleted 90 days after your payment is decided.

Everything else is kept while your account exists.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the Gobez app, under Account. This removes your email address, your progress, your access to the full course, any payment screenshots, the SMS you pasted and the name you gave, at once.

A record of each payment stays, without your name or email address: the order code, amount, currency, status, dates, payment method and transaction number, and for CBE the receipt fingerprint. We keep it so the same transaction can't be used twice and so a later refund request can be matched.

Refunds

If you bought access to the full course and want a refund, contact us with your order code. A refund ends your access to the full course.
